Buffalo theory!

The Buffalo Theory as told by Cliff Clavin: No one can explain this as well as Cliff Clavin, on Cheers. One afternoon at Cheers, Cliff Clavin was explaining the Buffalo Theory to his buddy Norm. and here's how it went:

"Well ya see, Norm, it's like this... A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members.

"In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Excessive intake of alcohol, as we know, kills brain cells. But naturally it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first.

In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. That's why you always feel smarter after a few beers."

Worlds most expensive beer?

Beer is one of the oldest drinks known to man. While many people enjoy drinking light beer and less expensive beer, some beer drinkers are still connoisseurs even if they do not sip wine. It is with these beer drinkers in mind that Samuel Adams has come out with not only the most expensive beer on the planet, but the strongest beer listed by Guinness Records.

Samuel Adams/Boston Beer Company’s Utopias is said to be the world’s strongest and most expensive beer and at $100 per bottle it better be one of the best tasting as well.

The beer is brewed with a blend of high-quality hops and sold in an ornate copper-plated brew kettle and offers a flavor unlike any other expensive beer or beverage in the world. The sweet flavor is richly highlighted with hints of vanilla, oak and caramel. The world’s most expensive beer is non-carbonated and should be served at room temperature.

The production of the most expensive beer was limited to 8,000 bottles.

Coolest Beer?

A lot of people seem to agree that the coolest beer on the planet is a Heineken. There are a whole lot of beers out there and surely no ones tasted all of them, but most peeps agree with this. Below is an article by AskMen.com

AskMen.com:

Heineken (Blond), Netherlands Heineken is, if the votes were any indication, the most popular beer in the world, and amongst the most recognizable brands around. The top spot goes to Heineken, but any Heineken lover should try another Dutch offering.Without taking anything away from this great beer, the Netherlands has another tasty beer that received less votes but deserves much praise, and that is the Grolsch brand, which comes in its signature pop-up bottle. Other Dutch beers that got a substantial amount of votes were Amstel and Amstel Light. If you don't take my word for it, or that of the readers who voted, go ahead and try these 10 beers yourself. You may form some opinions of your own; you probably just won't remember to tell others about it.
